Since its launch PLC Investments Limited has grown to service over 1,000 customers through a wide network within Kampala and its neighboring cities and an end-to-end automated service delivery model.
PLC Investments Ltd is owned by 14 shareholders with common interest vested in growth through social capital, an initiative that started way back during their school days at the University. All shareholders are professionals with qualifications in Commerce/Accounting and Auditing, Marketing, Finance and Finance Administration, Agriculture.
PLC Investments Ltd has a closed membership of original members, The Board of Directors, consisting of 5, appointed from among the shareholders by the AGM, which is responsible for overseeing implementation of policy and governance as decided by the AGM.

Currently PLC Investments Ltd employs 4 members of staff, at officer level. It is envisaged that for the next three years, the volume of business and growth activities of the company will need more directly salaried members of staff who may be full-time or part-time workers.
PLC Investments Limited has a well established Boad of Directors providing proper direction and steering the Company towards strategic growth. Additionally, it has a dedicated management team led by the General Manager to run the daily operations of the company.
